Old Southern saying, " Do it right or don't do it at all "

There's an old Hazzard County saying that goes, do it right, or don't do it at all. My Mama Wolf also said it a bit sterner, Its one thing to let people think your stupid that open your mouth and remove all doubt. The thing is even our beloved Idaho has these problems. Example, KTVB posts a message news conference regarding BSU's win over the Wyoming Cowboys(hey BSU won) So went to view, Know what , nothing there. Guess the news conference was over, but then the notice or posting should ought to be taken down. Of course here in grand old Evanston, the competing station puts up a thing on air they build web sites for local business' . So I went in last Thursday, as of yet no return phone call. I also noticed they're not advertising that much if at all anymore. Did I call their bluff? Or didn't they do that in the first place. Guess SAMCRO MC money is not as green as local other money. Might have to have a Bishop's recommend to get any attention there. 
The one thing I can say is this, from both of our entities here, Integrity and honesty prevails over just tenacity, and being a dang blow hard. 
If I tell you here, that the club, the radio werx, Hazzard County Choppers, AyreWolf Aviation or RodeWolf Toewing is doing something, you can bet your next tank of aviation fuel that we're doing it. More over if we put out a notice, be it a job or career opening, or a talent search opening, you can bet, its going on and isn't someone looking for a good time or something just to generate attention. 
The other day during Church, there were some noises made of youth and adults that were both converts through the church through one of many marriages or divorces, more over just out of balance of the family unit. I guess that I'm  not only lucky, but blessed. By powers far beyond what is normally mortal. I had a set of parents and was born into a home that had all the joys that a home could have, including while not rich in the strictest sense, but enough to where my parents were able to provide the abilities for me to explore just about if not every childhood fantasy, and vocational career path that I wanted to. We had the ranch in Hazzard, lived in the city in Utah , had a plantation home just outside of Conyers Georgia, and a backwoods home just outside of Montgomery Alabama( Family ancestors which the town and county was named from). Not only that, I was born extra intelligent, not just book wise, but life wise. Outside of our family unit, I had Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and second and third cousins, that gave me the best all around, rounded upbringing. As such I never longed for much in that area, including getting taught a bunch of great life lessons, and instilling life knowledge. So while my head is in the clouds as far as being a pilot and enjoying aviation and flying, I also gained knowledge of the car and truck as well as Motorcycle engine. I can take em apart , put em back together. Granted my paint jobs are not all that great, I'm still learning that, but under the hood I can get-r-fixed. 
But I am getting off topic here, thing is, if your going to put out that your doing something , do it or shut up. Pappy Boyington taught, once you engage the target, finish the attack. Don't just puff up your chest, as someone just might take you up on it.

Whew what a horrific Sunday

Whew what a horrific Sunday. So went to church as I hath told ya'll earlier, bound and ready to put the skids of me being any more connected or part of the Mormon religious denomination. However three things stopped me. The first was the opening hymn, a normally LDS Primary song, that made me realize all that I'd be throwing away, including my soul. Second my friend Vern was there, who is about the only one there that matches my intellectual level, and have something in common with. Last was the lesson presented again by my friend Vern, who despite little time to prepare did an outstanding performance. So even though I met with the Bishop, thinking that the jig is up, I decided that abandoning my history, and my kin folks legacy, that I'd stomach staying a Mormon, but I'll be rather a Jack Mormon, one who sits on the fence of strict adherance to church doctrine, and one who looks at church teachings, from a secular level as well as religious. 
As for me by the time I got home all I wanted was food, did that, went to the shop, caught up on year last season 7 SOA, and now I'm ready to hit the rack. 
Have radio prep all day Monday, and will be on air at 11:00PM(23:00) tonight.

I've decided, it's time and proper to leave the LDS Church , asking for a resignation of my Church Membership

As you'll no doubt hear elsewhere, like anybody really cares, I've prayed and prayed over this, but I have came to the decision that it's time for and proper for me to leave the Church-of- Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The ideals and all as well as domestic actions and attitudes to not properly or easily coexist with mine. I chew, drink coffee, and hunger for not just carnal, but the company of women. I'm a wyld creature that will not be tamed , domesticated , nor will I be assimilated. There for latter today within church I'll be making an appointment with our Bishop, since this is where this starts, to resign my membership in the church and expunge all records of me ever belonging to the LDS denomination. This in no way says I will no longer believe in Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ nor the Holy Ghost, nor will I stop praying, but there have been all too many instances here lately throughout our Ward and my attending others, that such attendance and fellowship in the Mormon denomination is no longer beneficial, nor mutually agreeable. This started the other night at a baptism, I attended, for some youth that I don't even know. Why the Bishop invites everyone to such things is beyond me, I would think that such a sacred process would be held in the utmost privacy. But who am I to decide this? Any mile, I went as there was the suggestion of FOOD, being there. After a short visit with a few church ward members and coming up dry as before for aid in rescuing LexiBelle, and after what has been near 9 months of asking just about every member of the Priesthood for help bringing my truck here so I could make my own money, but to no avail, yet get lectured by the Bishop on why church assistance on rent and utilities was even requested. The list goes on, and I'll refrain here from going into that, but later today its time I request to start the process of leaving the Church with some sort of dignity retained.

Beauties and the beasts

It's once again the end of a long day, the conditions remain the same, and it looks like fall is on it's way out and winter is on its way in. Feels like snow is soon if not already on it's way. Started on one project at HCC, but got a bit tipsy so came home , to test my blood and take meds. Woke up in time to go to a baptism for some kids that I don't even know. Following that many there gave their testimonies which was fine but most were directed at those baptized, since I didn't know them, I stayed in my seat and shut up.
Before I get into my rant, one of the best gifts that our Bishop did for me the last time I needed some help on utilities and rent was he told me that its time that I stood on my own. At the time I felt he was being mean. Thing is it stopped me and made me think, I'm a discharge Marine combat pilot, from one of the best squadrons in the UCSMC, plus, I'm a Confederate at the same time. It made me ready to pull up my boot straps, tighten my belt and do some of these things involving responsibility for myself and my company. While club duties and all are well , what they are, still its AyreWolf Aviation, Hazzard County Choppers, RodeWolf Toewing. Pretty much in that order. Those things taken care of each month, will easily take care of me. Got to talking to a couple, there at the baptism, about fetching LexiBelle

 While the guy had a truck, we still are in need of a suitable and stout enough of a trailer, to haul her home on. So that search continues. 

Speaking on searches, its the time of year that we begin to search for the talent for our TV ads, posters and other visuals. The basics are this, and it all has little to do with anything porn or slutty. The basic foundation is based on the old pin up girls we as military aviators put on our aircrafts in the service. It started with Merna Lloyd, 

 and continues right through to, today,

 

 You get the idea. We're not looking to do anything but honor the aircraft that took us into battle and brought us home. Yet all kinds of people including those from our  LDS  ward, think that I'm some kind of goof ball, that needs to be watched.  Think we can find anyone local here? Think again. Yet, it needs to be done, sure shots like this 

 may be over the top, what we're really looking to do is this;

Is it mind share or something to do with biology?

Is it biological or just mentally or something challenged that makes the female human so messed up when dealing with simple things?
Example, sent off a thing to a Facebook advertiser who does voiceovers and voicetracks. Told her to get an idea of what HazzardAyre Radio is all about. Said just log onto www.livestream.com/hazzardayre . So she did, said she had to download something just to listen and watch. Funny, of some 28,million of you who tune in on a nightly soon to be all the time, to the network, you all don't need to do that. But I've heard this from many who, can't seem to figure out how to watch one of the archieved shows. Its really simple, you log on, there are the shows listed you click on one, and enjoy. Sure there's a banner ad at first on the screen but it does go away, plus there's an x up in the corner of the ad. But its not that complicated. It does not matter what kind of computer you have and while we're still working with Livestream to get a mobile app, and all on a desktop or any computer, you can log on and tune in. 
There used to be a saying, if its got breasts or tires a man is going to have trouble with it. I'd like to rephraze that, if it computer or technology , a woman is going to have difficulty with it. But it goes further I suppose. There are some things that women don't do well. Unless raised on a farm or in a rural setting, women just can't drive, if they do, they don't do it well. The old standard of a sign that says baby or children on board don't cut it, in fact most of those children could no doubt drive the vehicle better than the so called adult woman behind the wheel. 
Okay frustrated with this streaming thing, it seems that the streaming fraternity has all but ignored the west, at least the Mountain West, or maybe its just those people we have brought on board. Seems for no amount of money can we get someone to put together the website for both HazzardAyre, as well as either the Knytes-of-Dixie or the AyreWolvez. So went to the competing radio station of Cook Broadcasting. They advertise they can build sites. Okay, the person I needed to see wasn't there. And I'm still waiting for Val to call me back. Most likely this is going to require me to take a trip to Utah and do some sniffing aroundto someone both in radio as well as website building to get the final product done. Question is, Is there someone in the Mountain West that for a reasonable price build this beast, that seems so ellusive to us?

Nearly got in the Air today, but wound up doing radio production instead

Nearly got into the air today, but weather being what it was and with it more VFR flying decided to do some extra work here for AyreWolfFM. With that in motion thought about much of things. Thing is, since I got my head in the clouds instead of going towing as much as I'd like, its more like LexiBelle has been tossed aside, likewise LiL Wolf, since I got the General JaXson. So I was in studio. I have stated it elsewhere, but I'll state it again, without LexiBelle, here there's no good reason for me to be renting a shop, and freezing my rear off where the bills left by people who were delegated to pay them with MY money, didn't. More like didn't or wouldn't even pay rent or half of it, thought that's what going half in a partnership at a shop was all about. Now there is nobody that can tell me that somewhere in this bothersome village, that there ain't at least one person, that hasn't got in their stables, at least a truck or a trailer stout enough to transport LexiBelle, from Twin Falls Idaho here to Evanston. It's not that LexiBelle can't run on her own, but sitting for two years, busted windshield, no insurance and expired plates, before she can roll she needs some simple , but needs some TLC, to do it. Not that I could not license and insure her, but thing is, wallet a bit shallow to do that plus drive her all the way here. Why do things twice? So she needs to be hauled. But do you think I can find even one person that'll help here? No. The most inexpensive I have got was from Charlie at A1, of Twin Falls  at $900.00 or $1,300.00 from Jims here in Evanston. Either way is a bit up there, if your trying to pay $450.00, plus something on the old power bill to keep the lights on and all at the shop as well as here at the house. Which leaves me where I have been barking all day. No LexiBelle, no Hazzard County Choppers/RodeWolf Toewing. I'd be better off to finish if at all possible, the radio build gig, hire if possible someone to do that and be in charge and me go home to Idaho. At least there, it's not a big step to retrieve LexiBelle.  Everyone wants something out of me the old Wolf here, but even ye ole Wolf's well is going dry. There's just so much I can do. There's 3 months left on my lease here in Evanston, if LexiBelle here is here by then I renew lease. If not, I get me and my Wolf-Pack outta here, radio station or not. 
Plus the managers job here where I live is on shakey ground. Seems as though a competitor for a job at another complex, decided to challenge our manager here. Called her supervisors in Boise, and is now looking at them firing her as she's now on probation with them. No Janet, no me here and there's several people here thinking the same thing. Even her son Adam, is looking at booking to Salt Lake City. Lets face it Evanston Wyoming is drying up, and trouble is, outside of me and the Knytes-of-Dixie, there's no other lifeline or Life jacket to save them. Thank goodness, HazzardAyre Radio is a Internet station rather than a terrestrial station, since the station can move where I do. 
So been reloading programs into the computer, and producing new shows. 
Then to add salt to the wounds, one of the prospects at the shop, said he couldn't or wouldn't trust me to do a session or two with his daughter here on either AyreWolfFM or HazzardAyre. Talk about insult. Not only does it insult me, but the club as well. As for me, I'm getting to where I don't care., I'm looking right now, at just going over to Twin Falls, getting LexiBelle stored where she's safe , leaving General JaXson with Danny to get its problems repaired, take a bus home, drive LiL Wolf for a short time, then when the General JaXson, is repaired, take LiL Wolf over to Twin Falls, and put it where LexiBelle is. Junk the Subaru, and drive Geberal Jaxson for the duration of my lease. Come late January early February, move me and the Wolf-Pack back to Twin Falls and forget Evanston even exists.

If you ever thought of using Jet.com , don't

If you have been tempted to try out the new Jet.com for buying anything, my advice? Don't. Near a month ago, I ordered a copy of the Hollywood Knights from them. The disclaimer is it'll take two to three business days, not 3 weeks. Oh they took the money out of my bank account alright, but I'll be damned if I ever got it, still waiting. I'm one any more for not ordering much if anything online, or through online catalogs. I'm more for getting it from a local or at least regional vendor or supplier. Or in person. That way at least if it don't show up, I have someone to go grab by the collar and say wuzz up pal? Brick and Mortar business's , I still say are the way to go and do business'. Only if and I'm becoming real picky, but only if I can't find it local or within 100 miles of driving, only then do I order online. The Internet  is great sort of but when I'm buying, I buy local as much as I can, when I can.
So if you do think of doing business with Jet.com , think again and DON'T !!

Today I rested On Sunday I go to church, and on Monday I bust my butt at the shop

Saturday I went to bed at 10:00 hours , thinking I was only going to sleep for a few hours then go to the shop. So I was out. Woke up twice to piss then back to bed. Between the stress' of the past week and challenges of the shop, I really was not all that enthused about getting dressed and trudging down to the garage. The only thing that would have changed that would have been if someone would have said lets go fly, but both VFR and IFR flight conditions were hampered due to weather, so it was roll over and back to sleep. Plus have a bad infection where my tooth got pulled a week ago, and Tuesday I can get in to get that malady remedied, so eating and all is a effort, and one I don't need to do if I sleep. The big bad Betsy computer being out of condition meant no radio so I got me a short restpid from that so why deal with humanity and the long lost world of present day life when, I can hit the rack and drift off to the year 2535 and out in the Alpha quadrant, in a starship, and where much of my effort is more mind than braun.  Now then Sunday or in the morning, I'll get up, study my scriptures, get my clothes on and go to church. Maybe it was me skipping church last weekend that caused the troubles with the previous week? Then Monday its head back to the grind at the shop. 

Of course this Monday I'll get Betsy back so much of the week I'll be getting all of the radio gig back together, reloading programs etc, so next week I can be on air.

We're loading Win 7 on the old girl, and not going to be in a big hurry to load Win 10 back. I'm just not that impressed with Win 10, and Microsoft needs to work out a bunch more bugs for me to redoux that again.

The Way Things were, are not what they should be, in fact we need to align more with today's Confederacy

It might different this time around. While I'm no big fan of Hilary Clinton, I was a fan of her husband. Okay so he got caught getting oral sex in his office, so what? My only concern there was , how bad did he need to get a blow job that he got Monica to do it. Being the leader of the free world, Bill could have had just about anybody. That said, during Bill's reign on America, we first had someone from the south, a step in the right direction. Second under Bill, we had albeit still hurting, but had a stable economy, the American Deficit was low, one hell of a lot lower than it is now. The massive debt, is due to questionable loan programs initiated by Georg W Bush, a republican. Not a Democrat. The adage Republicans are for those that have money, Democrats are for those that have not so much. Bill had us doing things with technology, and the CyberNet Bubble. Both parties and both Bush and Obama's underlings, have had no push towards technology. Bill, got Community Radio, going. During the last TWO administrations, that policy kind of got stuffed behind the couch, in favor of the big even medium sized broadcasters, and markets. While small rural markets, that really need a good AM or FM radio station, as well as an analog TV station can't get anywhere. Oh Bill was in favor of leaving analog TV alone. It walways that what happens is Congress or the House, and Senate can't get their crap together, so old Obama or whomever is in the oval office gets blamed. It's not always what the President wants. Now do I say Obama is straight and honest? Hell no, and I haven't met in office or out of it a Yankee, that is, especially in politics.  Southeners never have, never will trust these carpetbagging Yankees, no how. But we must live in amongst them so we must be polite, and tolerant of them . 
A friend of mine has a tag line for his Blog that reads, " The Way Things were , is the way they ought to be" My thought on this, if things were the way they were, there would not be cell phones, mobile or voicetrack style broadcasting, old Zeb would have to really go to the station to do his show, there would not be Internet, improvements in many things would not have taken place, and despite many objections Twin Falls Idaho and the area, would not have shifted out of first gear as far as economic improvement. Do I think we should elect Hilary as the next President? No! However we as of yet do not have a viable candidate to elect out of either of the standard political parties. If you want my view, its time to get our Modern Confederacy in gear, lets get the Confederate National Party in motion and gain some traction of the action of electing a Confederate Rebel President, not the way we are going now. We need some focus here on this> 

 Not so much of Yankee union but Southern honesty and integrity. The way I see it , we have had 200 years under and after Abe Lincoln, maybe its time for a lot of Jefferson Davis. After all 

 Okay got the word back today on old Betsy. She needs a heart transplant. Seems as though the Doctor has done all he could, but she just would not boot or at least boot up right, so she's getting a new heart, and should be home by Monday night, that means reloading and testing all next week, so it'll be just after the 1st of the month that HazzardAyre and AyreWolfFM will be back on the air.

Last here, thanks for the great turn out earlier Friday evening , 200 Knytes, 50 of the Wolf-Pack at Warrens in Ogden, it was good food and good memories. Too bad there's not a place big enough, nor open minded enough in Evanston to host our meetings. Something on that though is on the boards, tell ya'll about that Saturday.

The night of romance interrupted by infomercials, Don't TV people get it?

Some days I wonder if in fact those folks at TV network Hq' realizes that their decisions on making green in their jeans overnight, really is a targeted plan for just pissing people off, or if there is value running 1 hour ad crap infomercials between 3 to 04:00 hours. Thing is, just when you get ready to seal the deal with your sweetie and you've just got done watching a good movie, and your getting into some real pig sex where your rooting around, and some idiotic pitch man comes on selling some stupid product, or a weight loss gizmo. Dang it, nothing kicks the shit in the head, worse than some body pitching the idea of Gerber life insurance for a new born. The mind clicks on this and goes, " hey buddy this could happen if you keep playin" So Herman goes down to near sleep . And its coffee time. Or you get done getting busy, and some joker comes on about Viagra. Damn didn't I do a good job? Thing is mid early morning there is flat nothing on TV. Used to be the cutting edge was cable TV. Where you had some serious flicks on to get you through the night. Now your stuck and while not bad, but your stuck with Hulu or Netflix. Cable TV networks need to not roll over and die, but get back in the game. Shread and shed these damn infomercials, and give us some decent TV. Pretty damn bad the only networks on TV that are any good over night is the Disney Channel, TBS, TNT and if your lucky AMC, after all nothing says romance like the Walking Dead. 
Any flyte, I'm just about dead, here so putting this byrd in the shack and headed for the rack.
